Annual Meeting

The BMC Annual Meeting is a great opportunity for members to get together with their buddies to reminisce about the most recently completed golf season. This year’s get-together is scheduled for:

Registration Deadline: Sunday, October 18, 2026

Location: Church of St. Patrick

Note: We will be utilizing St. Martin’s hall. To get there, use the parking lot on the Gleason road (west) side of the building. Enter the main doors to the Mahon Center, which is on the south end of the building. St. Martin’s hall is just past the kitchen.

Order of Events

5pm to 6pm	Cocktail Hour
6pm to 6:45pm	Dinner
6:45pm to 7:30pm	Year-end Presentation and Awards

The BMC board has updated our trophy program. We will be handing out individual trophies for all 8 club champions, all 4 winners in the Tuesday and Wednesday Team Match Play leagues, the 2 winners in the 4 Ball league and the winner of Individual Match Play. If you are one of those winners, please make it a point to join the festivities so we can recognize your accomplishments.

The BMC will provide food and beverages, both the soft and adult malted varieties. After an hour of mixing, mingling and dining, we will have a brief presentation to highlight the winners of our many leagues and to provide BMC news and updates.

You will need to register for the event by logging in, click on ‘Add to cart’, and follow the
registration and $5 payment instructions. Your registration is important so that we are able to
provide dinner and beverages for all of our participants.

Please be advised that walk-ins, those that come to the meeting without registering, will be charged $10 (cash or check) and will not be eligible for the welcome gift or door prizes.
