2026 Ryder Cup Announcement

For our inaugural Ryder Cup event last year, we called the teams Team Red and Team Blue. For the real Ryder Cup, The teams actually have names; Team USA & Team Europe.

After hearing the following recommendation from the BMC Event Committee, which works tirelessly throughout the year to provide all of our events to you, the BMC Board voted unanimously and joyfully in favor.

It was recommended that the teams be named in recognition of our 2 longest standing BMC Members. Team Sandilla (Bob Sandilla, 59 years of continuous BMC membership) will be Honorary Captain of Team Red. Team Teese (Bob Teese, 57 years of continuous BMC Membership) will be Honorary Captain of Team Blue.

Both have committed their time and energy to the ongoing success of the BMC. If you run into them, say a quick Thanks.
